Terms of Use
Version 1.1
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the websites, games, apps, accounts, profiles, and digital services operated by Loiac Studios LTDA through Loiac Games and GameHub. They explain how accounts work, which age rules apply, how parents and legal guardians authorize specific purposes, and which rules apply to profiles, images, security, and content.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Using the websites, games, apps, accounts, profiles, and digital services operated by Loiac Studios LTDA, including through the Loiac Games division and GameHub, requires accepting these Terms of Use.
The Privacy Policy complements these Terms and explains how personal data is processed. The two documents are read together.
Creating an account requires accepting the versions of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy that are current at that moment. Loiac Studios may record the version and the date of that acceptance so that it is possible to know which text applies to your account.
When a change is material, Loiac Studios may ask for a new acceptance before you continue using the account or a specific feature.
1.1 Specific consents are separate from general acceptance
Accepting these Terms is the general condition for using the services. It is not the same thing as the specific choices and authorizations that some features require.
Accepting these Terms, on its own, does not:
make your profile public;
authorize image uploads;
enable promotional communications;
replace the authorization of a parent or legal guardian, when that authorization is required.
Each of these purposes depends on its own specific choice or authorization, as described in the sections below.
2. Definitions
These definitions are used in the same sense as in the Privacy Policy:
Loiac Studios LTDA — the legal entity responsible for operating the websites, digital products, services, and experiences described in these Terms (CNPJ 68.507.113/0001-11). Commercial name: Loiac Studios.
Loiac Games — the games brand/division of Loiac Studios, responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining games and interactive experiences. It is not presented as a separate legal entity or service provider.
GameHub — the platform of Loiac Studios and Loiac Games where games, news, information, and features connected to Loiac Games projects are presented. It is not a separate legal entity.
User — the natural person who accesses or uses the services, with or without an account.
Account — the individual registration that identifies a user across Loiac Studios services and that may be used by GameHub and by compatible games or apps for authentication, identity linking, progress, preferences, and other account-related features.
Parent or legal guardian (guardian) — the adult legally responsible for a minor, who decides about that minor's use of the services and about the specific authorizations these Terms describe.
Minor — the user who has not yet reached the age of majority under applicable law, and who therefore depends on guardian decisions for certain purposes.
Public profile — the optional presentation of profile information in a way that can be seen by third parties.
Private profile — the setting that strongly limits the public exposure of the profile. Details such as biography, custom avatar, cover image, games, achievements, activities, and statistics remain hidden. Some minimal identification and navigation information, such as username, display name, and an indication that the profile is private, may remain visible without making the profile public. A private profile does not mean account deletion or absolute anonymity.
Essential communication — the message that is necessary to operate the account and the services, such as security, verification, and support messages.
Promotional communication — the message about news, launches, offers, and campaigns, which depends on a specific choice or authorization.
Consent — the free, informed, and specific manifestation by which a user or a guardian authorizes a particular purpose.
User content — the information, texts, images, and materials that the user submits, chooses, or publishes through the services, such as username, display name, bio, avatar, and cover image.
Personal data — the information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined by applicable law.
Services — the websites, pages, games, apps, accounts, profiles, online features, support channels, and other experiences operated by Loiac Studios LTDA, including through the Loiac Games division and GameHub. The Services may use shared authentication, account, security, storage, and synchronization infrastructure between GameHub and compatible Loiac Games products.
Loiac Points (LP) — virtual points associated with the GameHub account, with a balance and transaction history kept in the service.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
Using an account requires accurate information. When you create or maintain an account, you agree to:
provide accurate, complete, and current information;
inform your true age or date of birth;
keep a valid email address that you actually control;
use only your own identity, and not the identity of a third party;
not bypass age restrictions, verification steps, or feature limits;
not declare a guardian authorization that does not exist or that was not actually given;
not use a guardian authorization link that belongs to another person.
False, inaccurate, or outdated information may lead Loiac Studios to limit features, request a correction, suspend the account, or terminate it, as described in the section on limitation, suspension, and termination.
Loiac Studios does not verify identity documents and does not confirm the declared age through official documents. The declared age is treated as a statement made by the user or by the guardian, and it is their responsibility to keep it truthful.
4. Operational age bands
To decide which features an account may use, Loiac Studios organizes accounts into operational age bands based on the declared age.
4.1 Accounts declared as 0 to 12 years old
For an account in this band:
the account email must be verified;
use of the account depends on approval by a parent or legal guardian;
before approval, the account may remain pending or limited;
approval unlocks only the use allowed for this band;
the profile remains private;
image uploads remain unavailable;
promotional communications remain unavailable;
custom avatar, cover image, biography, games, achievements, and statistics remain hidden;
some minimal identification and navigation information may remain visible without making the profile public;
approval does not remove the limitations that apply to the age band.
The guardian does not need to select specific purposes in this band. Approval only confirms authorization for use of the account within the limitations that apply to the age.
4.2 Accounts declared as 13 to 17 years old
For an account in this band:
a public profile depends on a specific guardian authorization for that purpose;
image uploads depend on a specific guardian authorization for that purpose;
promotional communications depend on a specific guardian authorization for that purpose;
the guardian may authorize one purpose, some of them, or none of them;
after the authorization exists, the user still needs to make the choice inside the account to enable the corresponding purpose.
Authorizations are independent. An authorization for one purpose does not automatically authorize the others.
In practice, the guardian first authorizes each purpose and, afterward, the user decides whether to enable it in their own account.
4.3 Accounts declared as 18 years old or older
An adult user manages their own preferences directly in the account, including the public profile and promotional communications, within the rules of these Terms and of applicable law.
4.4 Accounts with an unknown age band
Some accounts created before these rules may not have a declared age band recorded. This state exists only for compatibility with those older accounts.
For such an account, Loiac Studios may request an update of the information and may limit features that depend on the age band until the update happens.
4.5 Scope of the bands
These bands are operational criteria used to organize features and protections inside the services. They are not universal legal definitions and they do not replace the rules of applicable law in each country or region.
5. Parents and legal guardians
When an account depends on a parent or legal guardian, that guardian has an active role. The guardian agrees to:
decide truthfully, and confirm only what they really wish to authorize;
have the legal authority over the minor in question;
not use an authorization link that refers to another person's account;
protect the authorization link and not share it with third parties;
approve or refuse each purpose separately;
review or withdraw an authorization when applicable;
supervise the minor's use of the services.
A guardian authorization does not grant the guardian the account password, ownership of the account, automatic access to sessions or private content, unrestricted access to everything inside the account, or the removal of the limits that the product applies to the age band.
Authorization represents permission for a specific purpose. It does not directly enable the public profile, image uploads, or promotional communications on behalf of the teen. After authorization, the user still needs to choose to turn the corresponding preference on.
Each purpose is independent. An authorization for the use of the account is not an authorization for a public profile. An authorization for a public profile is not an authorization for image uploads. An authorization for image uploads is not an authorization for promotional communications.
Loiac Studios may limit the account when a required authorization expires, is refused, is revoked, or is never confirmed, and also when keeping a feature active would represent a risk to the user.
6. Account and credentials
The account is personal. To keep it protected, you agree to:
protect your password, your email access, your active sessions, and any verification codes;
not share credentials, links, or codes with third parties;
report to support any sign that your account or email has been compromised;
end sessions that you do not recognize;
protect the devices you use to access the services.
When a game or app uses GameHub authentication, account credentials such as passwords and authentication codes must not be provided directly to the game. Linking must occur through the official authentication mechanisms made available by Loiac Studios.
To protect an account, Loiac Studios may revoke sessions, require a new authentication, require an email confirmation, block sensitive actions, or temporarily limit access to certain features.
You are responsible for what you do with your credentials and for the care described above. That responsibility does not extend to failures of the platform itself: when a security or operational failure is exclusively attributable to Loiac Studios, the consequences of that failure are not transferred to you.
7. Two-factor authentication
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra verification step to your account. With 2FA enabled, you agree to:
protect the authenticator app and the recovery codes;
not share verification codes with anyone, including people who claim to be from support;
store the recovery codes in a safe place, separate from the device that generates the codes.
Generating new recovery codes invalidates the previous ones, so only the most recent set remains usable.
Trusted devices can be revoked at any time, and security changes such as enabling or disabling 2FA may end other active sessions.
Losing access to both the authenticator app and the recovery codes may make account recovery difficult. In that situation, support may need additional verification steps before making any change, and recovery is not guaranteed in every scenario, especially when it is not possible to confirm that the account belongs to the person making the request.
Two-factor authentication reduces the risk of unauthorized access. It does not make an account absolutely secure.
8. Sessions and trusted devices
You can view your active sessions and end the ones you do not want to keep.
Sessions may expire or be revoked, for example after a long period of inactivity, after a password change, or after a security event.
Trusted devices are valid for a limited period and need to be confirmed again after that period ends.
Avoid marking public, shared, or borrowed devices as trusted.
Loiac Studios may revoke sessions and trusted devices when it is necessary to protect the account or the services.
The same account may have simultaneous sessions in GameHub and in compatible games or apps. Those sessions may have their own validity cycles, renewal mechanisms, and security controls.
Loiac Studios may end or revoke related sessions when there is a password change, a security setting being turned off, suspicious activity, a user request, or another event that justifies the measure.
8.1 Session between GameHub and games
Loiac Games games and apps may use authentication provided by GameHub to identify and link a game account to the user's GameHub account.
When that feature is available, the user may start a session in GameHub and, through the applicable authentication mechanisms, use the same account identity in compatible games, without needing to create an independent account for each game.
The game does not necessarily receive the GameHub account credentials. Authentication and the tokens needed to establish or maintain the session are handled by the technical mechanisms made available by Loiac Studios.
Ending or revoking the GameHub session may affect sessions in games linked to the same account, according to the applicable architecture and security rules.
The link between the game and the GameHub account may be necessary for features such as cloud saves, progress synchronization, achievements, statistics, items, rewards, Loiac Points (LP), and other account-related features.
9. Public and private profile
The public profile is optional. When it is active, the profile information can be seen by third parties, including people who are not logged in, depending on where the profile is displayed.
A private profile strongly limits the public exposure of profile details. It is not a deletion of the account, it does not mean absolute anonymity, and it does not remove data necessary to operate the account.
When the profile is private, full details remain hidden. Some minimal information needed for identification and navigation, such as username, display name, and an indication that the profile is private, may remain visible. Biography, custom avatar, cover image, activities, games, achievements, statistics, and other details remain hidden.
That minimal information does not make the profile public. Loiac Studios does not present private data as public and does not treat the previous public state as authorization to keep showing details after the profile is set to private.
9.1 Profile and age bands
accounts declared as 0 to 12 years old remain private;
accounts declared as 13 to 17 years old depend on a specific guardian authorization and on the choice made by the user;
accounts declared as 18 years old or older depend on the choice made by the user.
9.2 What to avoid publishing
A public profile is visible to people you do not know. Avoid publishing:
home address or any other precise location;
phone numbers;
identity or other personal documents;
financial or payment information;
sensitive data, such as information about health, religion, or political opinions;
personal data of third parties;
any information that could put a minor at risk.
9.3 Switching back to private
Making the profile private reduces future exposure of profile details, because Loiac Studios stops publicly displaying biography, custom avatar, cover image, games, achievements, activities, statistics, and other details.
Some minimal identification and navigation information may remain visible. That does not make the profile public.
Loiac Studios does not treat the previous public state as authorization to keep showing details after the change to private.
10. Username, display name, and bio
You choose your username, display name, and bio, and you are responsible for what they contain. These fields cannot:
violate the rights of third parties;
impersonate another person;
falsely represent Loiac Studios, Loiac Games, GameHub, a partner, a team, or a staff member;
contain hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence;
contain sexually inappropriate content;
contain threats or harassment;
expose personal data, yours or of third parties;
be used for fraud, scams, or phishing;
mislead other users about who you are or about what an account does;
violate trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
When one of these fields breaks these rules, Loiac Studios may request a change, hide the field, remove or replace its content, reserve or block a name, or apply another proportional measure.
Loiac Studios does not guarantee that a username stays permanently available or that it can be reserved indefinitely, including after an account is closed.
11. Avatar and cover image
You may upload an avatar and a cover image to your profile when the feature is available for your account. When you do that, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and authorizations over the image.
11.0 Availability by age band
Image uploads may be subject to the age rules and to the specific authorizations that apply to the account.
For accounts declared as 0 to 12 years old, image uploads remain unavailable.
For accounts declared as 13 to 17 years old, image uploads depend on a specific guardian authorization and on the choice made by the user.
For accounts declared as 18 years old or older, the feature depends on the settings available for the account and on the choice made by the user.
11.1 Image rules
An avatar or cover image cannot:
use images of third parties without their permission;
impersonate another person, a company, or a staff member;
contain personal documents, addresses, phone numbers, financial data, or sensitive data;
make improper use of images of minors;
contain illegal content;
contain sexual, abusive, violent, or discriminatory content;
violate trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
11.2 Technical processing and moderation
To keep images safe and functional across the services, Loiac Studios may:
validate format, file size, and dimensions;
crop, resize, compress, or convert the image;
remove metadata that is not necessary for display, such as location information;
review images through automated tools, human review, or both;
hide or remove an image that breaks these rules;
replace an image with the default image of the service;
limit how often images can be uploaded;
suspend the image upload feature for an account in cases of abuse.
These measures exist to protect users, third parties, and the services themselves.
12. License over content you submit
You keep the rights you already have over the content you submit, such as your username, display name, bio, avatar, and cover image.
By submitting that content, you grant Loiac Studios a non-exclusive and limited license, restricted to what is necessary to host, store, process, moderate, display, technically distribute, and operate the services in which the content appears.
This license is not exclusive, is not unrestricted, is not perpetual for any purpose, does not allow advertising use without your consent, and does not transfer ownership of the content to Loiac Studios.
When the content is removed, the license ends or is reduced to what remains strictly necessary. Some copies may persist for a limited time in technical caches, backups, or logs, and some records may be kept when a legal obligation applies, when they are needed for the regular defense of rights, or during the technical period required to complete the removal.
13. Content and conduct rules
These rules apply to profiles, images, texts, games, online features, and support channels. You agree not to:
harass, threaten, or intimidate other people;
publish hate speech or discriminatory content;
publish sexually inappropriate content;
exploit, sexualize, or improperly expose minors;
publish graphic violence in contexts where it is inappropriate;
impersonate another person, a company, a partner, or a staff member;
practice fraud, scams, or phishing;
send spam or use abusive automation;
exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or flaws in the services;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or interfaces;
perform reverse engineering where it is not permitted;
interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the services;
manipulate matches, results, rankings, or progress;
use cheats, unauthorized bots, or tools that create an unfair advantage;
violate trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property rights;
publish personal data of third parties without authorization;
encourage illegal practices.
Breaking these rules may lead to the measures described in the sections on moderation and on limitation, suspension, and termination.
14. Moderation
To keep the services safe, Loiac Studios may:
validate content submitted through the services;
use automated tools to detect possible violations;
carry out human review;
hide or remove content;
limit features of an account;
replace an image with the default image;
restrict a profile or make it private;
suspend or terminate an account.
Not all content is reviewed before it is published, and Loiac Studios does not promise to detect every violation.
When a moderation measure affects your account, you may contact support through Support to ask for information or a review, where applicable.
15. Games, progress, and synchronization
Game progress, statistics, achievements, and preferences are linked to your account.
When a game uses GameHub account infrastructure, progress, achievements, statistics, preferences, and other compatible data may be associated with the GameHub account used for authentication.
Linking to GameHub does not necessarily mean that all data existing in GameHub will be available inside the game. Each game determines which data and features are shared or synchronized.
Synchronization depends on your internet connection, on the availability of the services, and on the operation of third-party platforms. Because of that, conflicts may occur when the same account is used on more than one device, and the service may need to keep one version of the progress and discard another.
Each game may have its own specific rules for progress, seasons, events, rankings, and rewards. Those rules complement these Terms.
Manipulating progress is prohibited. Exploiting a bug or a flaw may lead to correction, reversal of the affected items, or a sanction on the account.
Virtual items follow their own rules, described in the next section.
Loiac Studios works to preserve progress, but it does not guarantee the permanent availability of a game or the absence of loss in every possible scenario, including cases involving technical failures, third-party platforms, or the discontinuation of a product.
16. Virtual items and in-game currencies
Some games and GameHub may offer virtual items or Loiac Points (LP).
Loiac Points (LP) are an internal virtual currency of GameHub. LP are not real money, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be acquired through purchase.
LP may be used only in features or games that expressly accept them and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between users.
When virtual items or in-game currencies exist:
they are not real money and are not a payment instrument;
they give a right of use inside the game or GameHub, and not ownership of the system, of the game, or of the underlying code;
their availability depends on the game or feature where they are offered;
their values and balancing may be adjusted over time;
they may be corrected, adjusted, or reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical error.
Any transfer, exchange, or negotiation of virtual items exists only where a game explicitly offers that feature, and it follows the rules of that game. That rule does not apply to Loiac Points, which cannot be transferred, sold, or traded between users.
17. Purchases and payments
When paid content is available in the games, the purchase is made through the app store or platform used to access the game, according to the environment where the purchase happens. GameHub does not process those purchases directly.
The price and the description of what is being purchased are shown before the purchase is confirmed.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes follow applicable consumer law and, where relevant, the rules of the store or platform used for the purchase.
Taxes and fees may apply, depending on the country, the region, and the payment method.
A payment failure, a rejection, or a pending confirmation may block or delay the delivery of the purchased content.
In cases of confirmed fraud or chargeback, the purchase and the related benefits may be blocked or reversed.
These Terms do not name specific payment processors as confirmed vendors. The processor actually involved in a purchase is the one indicated in the purchase flow at the moment of the transaction.
18. Purchases involving minors
When a game offers paid content through an app store or a third-party platform, purchases made by minors depend on applicable law and on the rules of the store or platform used.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising purchases made by the minor under their responsibility.
Authorization to use the account, authorization for a public profile, authorization for image uploads, and authorization for promotional communications do not constitute authorization for purchases.
Guardians should protect payment methods, cards, store credentials, and device settings, so that purchases are not made without their knowledge.
19. Essential and promotional communications
Loiac Studios sends two different kinds of message.
Essential communications are necessary to operate your account and the services. They include messages about security, email verification, password recovery, two-factor authentication, consent and authorization records, support, account status, and material changes to these Terms or to the Privacy Policy.
Promotional communications are about news, launches, offers, campaigns, and similar content.
Accepting these Terms does not enable promotional communications. That choice is separate and specific.
Essential communications do not depend on a promotional opt-in, because without them it would not be possible to keep the account secure and working.
Promotional communications follow the age band rules: they stay off for accounts declared as 0 to 12 years old, depend on a specific guardian authorization and on the user's choice for accounts declared as 13 to 17 years old, and depend on the user's own choice for accounts declared as 18 years old or older.
You may withdraw your promotional preference at any time, in your account settings or through Support. After that, only essential communications continue.
20. Intellectual property
The rights over the Loiac Studios and Loiac Games brands, names, logos, visual identity, games, code, artwork, music, sounds, interfaces, texts, characters, visual elements, systems, features, and documentation belong to Loiac Studios or to the respective rights holders.
These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. Using the services gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use them for personal purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Loiac Studios does not claim ownership over the original content you create and submit. The only rights it receives over that content are the operational rights described in the section on the license over content you submit.
21. Third-party services
The services may depend on third parties, such as app stores, external authentication providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, payment services, email delivery services, and distribution or social platforms.
GameHub and the authentication, account, and synchronization services operated by Loiac Studios itself are not considered third-party services for the purposes of this section, even when they are used by different Loiac Games games, apps, or products.
Those third parties have their own terms and policies, which apply to the part of the experience they provide.
Loiac Studios does not use the involvement of third parties to transfer to them all responsibility for the services. It remains responsible for what it operates and for its own decisions, within the limits of applicable law.
22. Availability, maintenance, and changes to features
The services may go through maintenance, updates, temporary interruptions, and changes to features, including the addition, modification, limitation, or discontinuation of a feature.
Loiac Studios seeks continuity and, whenever possible, gives notice of relevant changes and plans them to reduce the impact on users.
Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and no service is free from technical failures, third-party failures, or events outside its control.
A change to the services does not create an unrestricted right to remove content or purchases already made. Any such measure observes applicable law, consumer rights, and what was offered at the moment of the purchase.
23. Limitation, suspension, and termination by Loiac Studios
Depending on the situation, Loiac Studios may apply one of the following measures to an account:
set the profile to private;
block promotional communications;
block image uploads;
block a feature until a required consent or authorization exists;
disconnect active sessions and revoke trusted devices;
limit specific features;
suspend the account temporarily;
terminate the account.
These measures may be applied in situations such as a security risk, false or inaccurate information, a false declared age, a missing or revoked consent, an attempt to bypass restrictions, fraud, abuse, a violation of these Terms, a risk to a minor, the exploitation of a vulnerability, or illegal behavior.
Revoking an account session may also end active sessions in games or apps linked to the same account, when technically applicable.
The measure applied is proportional to the situation, and a less restrictive measure is preferred whenever it is enough to protect the user, third parties, or the services.
When your account is affected, you may ask support for a review through Support. A review may not be possible while a security or legal restriction is still in place, or when disclosing the details would compromise the protection of another user or of the services.
24. Account closure requested by the user
You may request the closure of your account at any time, through your account settings or through Support.
For your protection, the deletion may require a confirmation step, such as an email confirmation or an additional verification, so that no one closes your account without your knowledge.
Some data may remain for as long as it is necessary, for example to comply with a legal obligation, to complete a financial record, or to handle a security matter.
Public content stops being used and displayed according to the closure process, within the technical time that process requires.
Technical copies in caches, logs, and backups are temporary and follow their own retention cycle.
A limited set of records may be kept when required by law, needed for security, or needed for the regular defense of rights.
25. Limitation of liability
Loiac Studios works to offer stable, safe, and functional services, and it is responsible for what it operates, within the limits of applicable law.
At the same time, it does not guarantee:
the total absence of errors or bugs;
uninterrupted availability;
compatibility with every device, operating system, or version;
absolute security against every possible attack or incident;
the recovery of an account, of progress, or of content in every scenario;
that a feature stays available forever.
These Terms do not exclude or reduce liabilities that cannot be excluded or reduced under applicable law, including consumer protection rules.
If any clause of this section is considered excessive under applicable law, it applies only to the extent the law permits, and the remaining clauses stay valid.
26. Responsibility for damages caused
If you cause proven damage to Loiac Studios, to another user, or to a third party by violating these Terms or applicable law, you are responsible for that damage in a proportional way, limited to what is actually proven and directly connected to the violation.
This section does not create a generic or unlimited obligation, does not transfer to the user the risks of operating the services, and does not apply to situations caused by Loiac Studios itself or by third parties outside the user's control.
Any measure under this section respects applicable law, including consumer protection rules.
27. Changes to these Terms
When these Terms change, the version and the update date on this page are updated.
When a change is material, Loiac Studios may communicate it through essential channels, such as email or a notice inside the services, and may require a new acceptance before you continue using the account or a specific feature.
A change to these Terms does not silently expand the specific consents and authorizations already given. A new purpose requires a new specific consent.
Promotional communications and the public profile remain separate choices after any update, and a new version of these Terms does not activate them by itself.
For a material change, Loiac Studios does not rely only on continued use as a form of acceptance: where the change requires it, an explicit confirmation is requested.
28. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law, where applicable.
The rights that applicable law grants to consumers and to data subjects are preserved, and nothing in these Terms reduces them.
Disputes may be brought before the court that applicable law indicates for the case, including the court of the consumer's domicile when consumer law grants that option.
If mandatory local law in the user's country or region provides a different rule, that rule applies to the extent it is mandatory.
29. Languages and versions
These Terms are available in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) and in American English (en-US).
Both texts are intended to be equivalent and to describe the same rules.
If you find a passage where the two versions seem to say different things, contact support through Support so the wording can be clarified and corrected.
30. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact Loiac Studios through support at support@loiacstudios.com.br, the institutional email loiac.studios@gmail.com, or Support.
