Privacy Policy
Version 1.1
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Policy explains how Loiac Studios processes personal data through Loiac Games, GameHub, and related websites, games, apps, and digital services, with special attention to accounts, age bands, guardian authorizations, profiles, images, sessions, and account security.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Loiac Studios LTDA processes personal data through Loiac Games, GameHub, and related websites, games, apps, online features, support channels, and digital services.
Controller identification: Loiac Studios LTDA, CNPJ 68.507.113/0001-11. Commercial name: Loiac Studios. Games brand: Loiac Games. Platform: GameHub.
Contacts: institutional email loiac.studios@gmail.com; support support@loiacstudios.com.br.
Loiac Games is the games division of Loiac Studios, and GameHub is the platform for accounts, profiles, games, and connected features. Neither Loiac Games nor GameHub is presented as a separate controller or legal entity.
This Policy applies to the environments where our products or content are offered, including websites and subdomains, GameHub, games, apps, public pages, distribution platforms, and official support channels.
It describes, in particular, how we handle GameHub accounts, age information, guardian authorizations, public and private profiles, avatar and cover images, sessions, two-factor authentication (2FA), game progress, cloud saves, Loiac Points, and technical data.
By using our services, you acknowledge that your data is processed as described here. This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and the Cookie Policy.
2. Definitions
To make this Policy easier to read, we use the following terms:
Loiac Studios LTDA: the legal entity that is the controller responsible for the data processing described in this Policy (CNPJ 68.507.113/0001-11). Commercial name: Loiac Studios.
Loiac Games: the games brand/division of Loiac Studios, responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining games and connected online features. It is not presented as a separate controller.
GameHub: the platform of Loiac Studios and Loiac Games where accounts, profiles, games, news, and related features are made available. It is not a separate legal entity.
User: any person who accesses or uses our services, with or without an account.
Account: the individual record that identifies a user across Loiac Studios services and that may be used by GameHub and by compatible games or apps for authentication, identity linking, progress, preferences, and other account-related features.
Guardian: the parent or legal representative responsible for a minor and for the authorizations related to that minor's account.
Minor: a user under 18 years of age, classified in this Policy in the 0 to 12 or 13 to 17 age bands.
Public profile: a profile whose permitted information can be displayed to other people inside our services.
Private profile: a setting that strongly limits the public exposure of the profile. Details such as biography, custom avatar, cover image, games, achievements, activities, and statistics remain hidden. Some minimal identification and navigation information, such as username, display name, and an indication that the profile is private, may remain visible without making the profile public.
Essential communication: a message necessary for the operation, security, or regularity of the account, such as verification, password reset, or a security alert.
Promotional communication: an optional message about news, launches, events, campaigns, or offers.
Consent: a free, informed, and specific expression of agreement with a particular use of data, which for minors may depend on guardian authorization.
User content: information, text, images, or files submitted by a user, such as a display name, biography, avatar, cover image, or support message.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Loiac Points (LP): virtual points associated with the GameHub account, with a balance and transaction history kept in the service.
3. Account data
When you create and use a GameHub account, we process the data necessary to identify you, keep the account working, and protect it.
The account record may include:
email address;
username chosen at registration;
normalized version of the username, used internally to check availability and avoid duplicates;
display name shown in the interface;
protected credential: your password is stored in a protected form and is not kept in a directly readable format;
account status, such as active, limited, pending, or closed;
email verification status and related dates;
interface language;
account preferences and settings;
profile visibility, that is, public or private;
communication preferences, including whether promotional messages are enabled;
version and date of acceptance of the Terms of Use, of this Privacy Policy, and of the Cookie Policy;
creation, update, and last activity timestamps;
internal identifiers used to link the account to its records and features.
We use this data to create and maintain the account, authenticate access, apply the correct settings, keep a record of the documents you accepted, protect the service against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal duties.
4. Age and age band
During registration we ask for your birth date so that we can apply the correct protection rules to your account.
The birth date is used temporarily for that classification. It is not kept as a permanent profile field, is not displayed on your public profile, is not shared with other users, and is not used for birthday marketing.
What we keep is the resulting operational age band, which is one of the following:
0 to 12 years;
13 to 17 years;
18 years or over;
unknown, kept only for older accounts created before this classification existed.
The age band defines which features are available, whether guardian authorization is required, and how the profile and communications can be configured.
Providing false age information may lead to correction, limitation, or suspension of the account, and to the removal of features that were enabled based on incorrect data.
We do not verify identity documents and do not claim to confirm the declared age through official records. The classification relies on the information provided and on the protections described in this Policy.
5. Accounts for ages 0 to 12
Accounts in the 0 to 12 age band receive the highest level of protection.
For these accounts:
the account email address must be verified;
use of the account depends on approval by a parent or legal guardian;
before approval, the account may remain pending or limited;
approval unlocks only the use allowed for this age band;
the profile remains private and cannot be made public;
custom avatar, cover image, biography, games, achievements, activities, and statistics remain hidden;
some minimal identification and navigation information, such as username and display name, may remain visible without making the profile public;
promotional communications remain disabled;
the guardian cannot enable a public profile or promotional communications, because those options do not exist for this age band;
guardian approval never expands that limit, and certain features remain unavailable.
Essential communications about the account, security, and guardian authorization continue to be sent, because without them it is not possible to operate and protect the account safely.
Decisions about these accounts are guided by the best interests of the child.
6. Accounts for ages 13 to 17
Accounts in the 13 to 17 age band may request guardian authorization for two capabilities that are separate and independent from each other:
public profile: allows the permitted profile information to be displayed to other people;
promotional communications: allows optional messages about news, launches, events, and campaigns.
The guardian may approve one of them, both, or neither. Approving one does not approve the other.
Guardian authorization grants the ability to use the feature. It does not activate the feature automatically and does not directly change the teen’s preference.
After authorization, the user still needs to choose to enable the public profile or promotional communications.
The user may turn the preference off at any time, even while the authorization remains in place. The guardian may review, grant, or withdraw the authorization at any time.
If public-profile authorization is withdrawn, the profile returns to or remains private. If marketing authorization is withdrawn, promotional communications are disabled or blocked.
Essential communications are not promotional communications and continue to be sent even when promotional messages are disabled.
7. Accounts for ages 18 and over
Users aged 18 or over manage their own account preferences and do not need guardian authorization.
The public profile is optional and can be enabled or disabled by the user at any time.
Promotional communications are optional and depend on an explicit choice by the user.
No option is activated silently. Creating an account or accepting the Terms of Use does not turn on a public profile or promotional messages.
8. Accounts without a defined age band
Some accounts created before the current age classification may not have a defined age band. This situation exists only for compatibility with older records.
For these accounts, we may ask you to update the age information the next time you sign in or before certain features are released.
Until the information is updated, we may limit features that depend on the age band, including the public profile and promotional communications, always applying the more protective rule.
The age band is an internal control used to apply protection rules and is not displayed publicly.
9. Guardian data
When an account requires guardian authorization, we process data related to the guardian only for that purpose.
This may include:
the guardian's email address;
the authorization request link sent to that address;
the identification of the related account;
the purpose and scope of the request, such as account use, public profile, or promotional communications;
the decision to approve or refuse, item by item;
the dates of the request, of the response, and of any later review;
the status of the request, such as pending, approved, refused, or expired;
the validity period of the request;
whether the link has already been used;
minimal security and audit records needed to demonstrate that the decision was made and to prevent abuse.
The guardian's email address is used to send the request, confirm the decision, and deliver essential messages related to it. It is not automatically added to promotional communications.
Each request uses an individual, time-limited, protected link. It is intended for a single decision and stops working after it is used or expires.
The guardian does not receive the account password and does not gain full access to the account. The authorization covers only the decisions described in the request.
10. Public and private profile
Every account has a profile. Whether details are shown to other people depends on the visibility setting and the age band.
When the profile is private, its details are not displayed publicly. Some minimal information needed for identification and navigation, such as username, display name, and an indication that the profile is private, may remain visible. Biography, custom avatar, cover image, activities, games, achievements, statistics, and other details remain hidden.
That minimal information does not make the profile public. Loiac Studios does not present private data as public.
When the profile is public, the information allowed for display may include the display name, username, biography, avatar image, cover image, and the elements each product defines as public, such as certain achievements or public in-game activities.
The visibility rules by age band are:
0 to 12 years: the profile is always private;
13 to 17 years: a public profile requires guardian authorization and, after that, an explicit choice by the user;
18 years or over: the user chooses whether the profile is public or private.
Switching the profile back to private limits the future public display of profile details. Loiac Studios does not treat the previous public state as authorization to keep showing those details after the change.
Content that was public may remain for some time in temporary caches, search-engine indexes, or copies made by third parties while it was visible. We cannot guarantee removal of copies outside our control.
11. Avatar and cover images
You can upload an avatar image and a cover image for your profile.
When you send an image, we process:
the submitted file;
resized and compressed versions generated for display;
the image format;
the file size;
the image dimensions;
minimal technical metadata needed for processing and validation;
an internal file identifier;
the delivery address used to display the image;
the upload, update, and removal dates;
the moderation status of the image;
the indication that a default image is in use, when there is no custom image;
security records related to the upload, such as attempt and rejection logs.
We use this data to display your profile, keep images loading quickly and correctly, validate the submitted file, moderate inappropriate content, protect the service against abuse, and comply with legal duties.
Images may be resized, compressed, converted to another format, and stripped of unnecessary metadata before being made available.
Images may be reviewed and, when they break the rules, hidden, removed, or replaced by a default image.
When you replace or remove an image, older files may be deleted. Copies may remain in temporary caches for a short period until they are refreshed.
Avoid using images that contain personal information, documents, addresses, phone numbers, or other people's data without authorization, especially if your profile is public.
12. Content submitted by users
Our services allow you to submit content, such as:
display name and username;
biography or profile description;
avatar and cover images;
messages sent to support, including attachments;
content created or shared inside games and online features.
This content may be checked by automated filters, by human review, or by both, especially when it is publicly visible or when we receive a report.
12.1 Content that is not allowed
You must not submit content that:
is illegal or encourages illegal activity;
contains hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats;
sexualizes, exploits, or puts children and adolescents at risk;
contains third-party personal data without authorization;
contains identity documents, addresses, phone numbers, or financial information;
infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights;
contains malware, fraud, scams, or deceptive links;
impersonates another person, a guardian, or a member of our team.
We may hide, remove, limit, or block content that breaks these rules, the Terms of Use, or applicable law, and we may restrict the related account.
Not all content is manually reviewed. The fact that content is published or displayed does not mean it has been approved or endorsed by us.
13. Authentication, sessions, and account security
To keep your account secure, we process data related to sign-in, active sessions, and security events.
This may include:
session identifier;
session creation date, last use, and expiry;
date and reason for revocation, when a session is ended;
IP address associated with the session;
device, browser, and operating system information;
authentication events, such as sign-in and sign-out;
failed sign-in attempts;
security alerts generated for the account;
account recovery events, such as password reset requests.
We use this data to keep you signed in, detect suspicious activity, block abuse attempts, investigate incidents, and comply with legal duties.
You can view your active sessions and end the ones you do not want to keep.
A session may end when you sign out, when it expires, when a security setting is changed, when abuse is detected, or when Loiac Studios ends it for protection reasons.
Loiac Games games and apps may use GameHub authentication and sessions to link the game experience to the corresponding account. In that case, session or refresh tokens and technical identifiers needed for authentication may be used through the official mechanisms made available by Loiac Studios.
The account password and authentication codes are not provided to the game. The game does not automatically receive all profile or GameHub account data.
Ending or revoking a GameHub session may affect active sessions in games linked to the same account, when technically applicable.
These measures reduce risk, but we cannot promise that every unauthorized access attempt will be detected or prevented. Keep your password confidential and sign out of shared devices.
14. Two-factor authentication
You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app. When it is active, signing in requires your password and a temporary code.
For this feature we process:
whether two-factor authentication is active on the account;
protected validation material used to check the codes;
activation and deactivation dates;
the use of recovery codes, including how many remain available;
the existence of trusted devices linked to the account;
change logs related to the feature;
challenge events, such as successful or failed code checks.
The secret used by the authenticator app is kept in protected form and is not displayed again after setup.
Recovery codes are also kept in protected form. The readable codes are shown only at the moment they are generated and cannot be retrieved again later.
Generating new recovery codes invalidates the previous ones.
Trusted devices can be removed at any time, and sessions may be revoked after security changes.
Two-factor authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, but no protection is absolute. Keep your recovery codes in a safe place and never share them.
15. Trusted devices
After completing a two-factor check, you may choose to trust the device you are using. This choice is optional.
Trusting a device means we keep a record that allows that device to skip the second-step code for a limited period.
Trust has a limited duration and can be revoked at any time in your account settings.
Security changes, such as a password change, turning two-factor authentication off, or a suspected incident, may remove trusted devices automatically.
Do not trust public or shared devices.
Trusting a device does not remove the requirement to enter your password when signing in.
16. Essential communications
Essential communications are necessary for the operation, security, and regularity of your account. They may include:
email address verification;
password reset and account recovery;
security alerts and notices about suspicious activity;
messages related to two-factor authentication;
notices about important account changes, such as an email change or a change in account status;
guardian authorization requests and their results;
responses and updates related to support requests;
notices about changes to the Terms of Use, to this Privacy Policy, or to the Cookie Policy.
These messages are not marketing. They may be sent even when promotional communications are disabled, because without them the account cannot be operated or protected safely.
17. Promotional communications
Promotional communications are optional and cover news, launches, updates, events, campaigns, and offers related to Loiac Studios, Loiac Games, and GameHub.
The rules by age band are:
0 to 12 years: promotional communications are never enabled;
13 to 17 years: they require specific guardian authorization and, after that, an explicit choice by the user;
18 years or over: they depend only on an explicit choice by the user.
Accepting the Terms of Use or creating an account does not enable promotional communications.
Guardian authorization does not turn promotional messages on by itself. It only makes the option available for the user to choose.
You can disable promotional communications at any time in your account preferences or through the unsubscribe option included in the messages.
18. Games, progress, and cloud saves
When you play our games or use online features, we may process data related to the experience, such as:
games accessed and play sessions;
progress and completion status;
game settings and preferences;
achievements and unlocked items;
statistics and performance records;
cloud saves and their synchronization across devices;
Loiac Points (LP) balance and virtual wallet transaction history;
match or session identifiers;
records used to prevent cheating, exploit abuse, and fraud;
rewards, benefits, and their histories.
We use this data to run the game, keep your progress available across devices, operate the Loiac Points wallet, deliver rewards, keep play fair, provide support, and improve our products.
When a game uses GameHub account infrastructure, progress, achievements, statistics, preferences, and other compatible data may be associated with the GameHub account used for authentication.
In that link, the game and GameHub may exchange, as needed for the feature in use, information such as account identifier, internal user identifier, username, applicable settings, progress, achievements, statistics, Loiac Points (LP), session data, and information needed for security.
Linking to GameHub does not mean the game automatically receives all profile or account data. Each game determines which data and features are shared or synchronized, and the game does not receive the account password or authentication codes.
Data generated in the game, such as progress, achievements, statistics, and related records, may return to GameHub for synchronization, account display, rewards, support, and security when the game is linked to the account.
Loiac Points and wallet history are account data kept in the service. They are not cookies and are not stored as cookies on the device.
Not all game data is public. What may be shown to other people depends on your profile settings, the specific product, your age band, and the privacy options available in each feature.
19. Technical and log data
To operate and protect our services, we process technical data generated by your access, such as:
IP address;
browser and version;
operating system;
device type and general characteristics;
language and regional settings;
date and time of access;
access and application logs;
error and failure reports;
performance and stability information;
security events, such as blocked requests and abuse attempts.
We use this data to deliver pages and features correctly, keep compatibility, diagnose problems, measure and improve performance, protect the service, and comply with legal duties.
We do not claim to use any specific analytics or monitoring tool that has not actually been implemented in our services.
When cookies, local storage, or similar technologies are involved, see the Cookie Policy.
20. Purposes of processing
In summary, we process personal data for the following purposes:
creating, maintaining, and closing accounts;
authenticating access and managing sessions;
protecting accounts with two-factor authentication and trusted devices;
classifying the age band and applying the corresponding protection rules;
requesting, recording, and reviewing guardian authorizations;
operating public and private profiles according to the user's choice;
receiving, processing, displaying, and moderating avatar and cover images;
moderating content submitted by users;
running games, saving progress, and synchronizing data between devices;
linking compatible games to the GameHub account and maintaining the authentication needed for that link;
delivering rewards and maintaining fair play;
sending essential communications;
sending promotional communications, when they are enabled;
providing support and answering requests;
preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
keeping technical, security, and audit records;
improving the stability, performance, and quality of our products;
complying with legal and regulatory obligations and exercising rights.
21. Legal bases
The legal basis for each processing activity varies according to the purpose, the data involved, the service used, and applicable law. More than one basis may apply to the same activity.
Depending on the case, we may rely on:
performance of a contract or of preliminary steps related to the use of our services;
consent, when the activity depends on a specific and informed choice, such as promotional communications or a public profile;
compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation;
the regular exercise of rights, including in administrative or judicial proceedings;
legitimate interest, when permitted by law and after balancing it against your rights and freedoms, for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
protection of the user, including the safety of the account and the prevention of harm.
For children and adolescents, processing is guided by protection, transparency, necessity, proportionality, and the best interest of the child and the adolescent.
This means that not every processing activity involving minors is based solely on consent. Some activities are necessary to operate and protect the account, to comply with legal duties, or to keep the service safe, and they continue to apply within the limits described in this Policy.
23. International transfers
Our services may rely on providers and infrastructure located outside Brazil. In these cases, personal data may be processed in other countries.
This happens only when the operation of the service requires it, for activities such as hosting, storage, content delivery, email sending, and security.
When international transfers occur, we seek to adopt the appropriate measures required by applicable law, including contractual safeguards and technical and organizational security requirements for the providers involved.
We do not list specific countries in this Policy, because the location of the infrastructure may change according to the providers used.
24. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The period varies according to the type of data and the reason it is processed.
As general criteria:
account data is kept while the account exists;
guardian authorization links have limited validity and expire;
sessions expire, and revoked sessions stop being valid;
trusted devices are kept for a limited duration;
records of guardian decisions are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate the authorization and to protect the account;
images replaced or removed by the user are deleted from active use;
temporary caches are refreshed and cleared over time;
security and audit logs are kept for the period necessary for protection and investigation.
When data is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize it.
Some records may be kept for longer when required for legal or regulatory compliance, security, fraud prevention, or the exercise of rights in a dispute.
We do not state fixed periods in days or years in this Policy, because they depend on the purpose and on applicable legal requirements. You can ask about the retention of your data through our official channels.
25. Security measures
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, improper alteration, undue disclosure, or destruction.
These measures include, among others:
access control and separation of responsibilities;
protection of credentials, which are stored in a protected form;
authentication controls for access to accounts;
two-factor authentication as an additional protection option;
session management, with expiry and revocation;
monitoring of suspicious activity and abuse attempts;
security logs and audit records;
protection of the infrastructure and of the services we use;
secure development and review practices.
We do not describe the technical details of these mechanisms in this Policy, because that information could itself be used against the security of the service.
No system is completely secure and we cannot promise absolute protection. Your care with passwords, recovery codes, and devices is an essential part of the security of your account.
26. Security incidents
If a security incident occurs that may create relevant risk or damage to users, we assess the situation according to applicable law.
The assessment considers the nature of the data involved, the users affected, the possible consequences, and the measures taken to contain and correct the problem.
When required by law, or when communication is appropriate to protect users, we notify the affected users and the competent authorities, describing what happened and the recommended steps.
We do not promise individual notice for every technical event. Blocked attempts, failures without relevant impact, and routine events are handled internally through our security procedures.
27. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may:
confirm whether we process your personal data;
access your data;
correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
update your registration information;
obtain information about how data is used and with whom it is shared;
request portability, where applicable;
request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
request deletion of data processed based on consent;
review and withdraw consent given for specific activities;
change preferences, such as profile visibility and promotional communications;
object to processing carried out on a basis other than consent, in the cases provided by law;
request review of automated decisions, where applicable;
request the closure of your account.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@loiacstudios.com.br or through the Support page.
We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before answering, in order to protect your account against fraudulent requests.
Some rights have legal limits. We may keep data when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or the exercise of rights in a dispute.
Deleted data may remain in security backups for a limited period, until those backups are rotated, and during that time it is not used for ordinary purposes.
28. Rights of minors and guardians
Guardians of users under 18 may, in relation to the minor's account:
receive information about the data processed and the purposes;
request access to information related to the account and to the processing of the minor’s data, subject to applicable law, the rights and protection of the child or teen, confirmation of the requester’s identity, and confirmation of legal responsibility;
request correction of incorrect data, including age information;
review, grant, or withdraw authorizations related to the public profile and promotional communications, without directly activating those preferences on behalf of the teen;
request account closure;
request deletion of data, subject to legal limits;
get help using and configuring the minor’s account;
request, through support, an update to the guardian email address, subject to confirmation of identity, responsibility, and security;
check the current status of authorizations and consents;
receive explanations about how the profile and communications work.
An access request does not automatically grant the password, sessions, private messages, or unrestricted access to all account information. Each request is assessed according to the law, security, and user protection.
Teens also have their own rights and interests that must be considered. We may limit or refuse information when disclosure would put the user at risk or violate third-party rights.
We may request information or proportionate documentation to confirm the guardian’s identity and the relationship of responsibility with the minor, in order to prevent improper requests.
Withdrawing an authorization limits the corresponding features. For example, withdrawing public-profile authorization returns the profile to private or keeps it private. Withdrawing marketing authorization disables or blocks promotional communications.
Authorization represents capability. The user’s choice represents activation. The teen may still turn a preference off even while the authorization remains in place.
Withdrawal takes effect from the moment it is made and does not invalidate processing that was lawful before it.
Age-band restrictions continue to apply even with guardian authorization. Options that do not exist for an age band cannot be enabled.
Requests related to accounts of minors may be sent to support@loiacstudios.com.br or through the Support page.
29. Summary for young users and guardians
This summary explains the main points in simple language. It is written for young users and for the adults who care for them.
Why we ask for your age: so we know which rules protect you and which features may be available.
Your date of birth does not appear on your profile. We keep only your age group, such as 0 to 12, 13 to 17, or 18 and over.
When we contact a guardian: if you are under 18 and want to use a feature that needs permission, we send a message to the email of your parent or guardian.
Who can see your profile: if the profile is private, the details stay hidden. Some minimal information, such as username and display name, may remain visible for identification and navigation. Biography, custom avatar, cover image, games, achievements, and statistics are not shown.
If the profile is public, other people may see things like your display name, avatar, cover image, and the information the product shows publicly.
If you are 12 or under, your profile is always private and use of the account depends on guardian approval.
Promotional emails are optional. A guardian may authorize them, but nobody turns them on for you. Even when a guardian gives permission, you still need to choose.
If your profile is public, your avatar and cover image may be seen by other people. Do not use images that show your address, school, documents, phone number, or photos of other people without asking first.
How to get help: use the Support page or write to support@loiacstudios.com.br.
If something makes you uncomfortable, if someone asks for your personal information, or if you see content that seems wrong, talk to a trusted adult and contact us.
This summary does not replace the full Policy. The complete rules are in the other sections of this document.
30. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, legal requirements, or operational needs.
Each update is published on this page with a new version number and date.
When the changes are material, we may communicate them through essential communications or notices inside the services.
In some cases, a new acceptance may be required in order to continue using features that depend on this Policy.
Specific consents are not silently expanded. If a new purpose depends on consent, we ask for it separately.
Continued use of the services helps keep your access, but it is not treated as automatic authorization for every material change, especially where the law requires specific consent or a new acceptance.
31. Contact
For questions, requests, or to exercise rights related to this Policy, contact support at support@loiacstudios.com.br or the institutional email loiac.studios@gmail.com.
You can also use the Support page or the channels available in GameHub.
We can help with privacy questions, rights requests, accounts of minors, guardian authorizations and consents, account security and access, and general support.
We may request additional information to confirm your identity before fulfilling requests that involve personal data.
